Sewing & Embroidery Machine
Make patches or embroider your clothes with the Brother SE600! Use SewArt64 to convert your design to stitches and load it on a USB drive. Need to sew something instead? Just switch out the foot and change the settings. We offer a variety of colors of thread and scrap cloth. Please provide your own cloth, thread, and materials for bigger projects. Our student consultants can assist you with using the software SewArt64 and the embroidery machine Brother SE600.
Vinyl Cutter
Design and create your own stickers with the Cricut: Explore-Air 2! Make sure to make an account on the Cricut Design Space to save your designs. We offer many vinyl colors, but please provide your own when working on big projects. Our student consultants can help you use Cricut Design Space and the Cricut: Explore-Air 2.
Foam Cutter
The Proxxon Hot Wire Cutter THERMOCUT 115/E cuts styrofoam and thermoplastic materials. The large table with 15 11/32″ x 11″ (390 x 280mm) ensures smooth and easy movement of the work piece. The solid aluminum overarm has a 13 3/4″ (350mm) throat and offers 5 1/2″ (140mm) in height. The holder and wire coil (one spool of wire 98ft., 0.008″ diameter is included) may be shifted and adjusted along the overarm to enable miter cutting. An LED indicates operation and thus reminds you not to touch the hot wire to prevent burns (the wire heats to a maximum in less than 1 second).
