Conference Room Reservation

The Kao ICS has three conference rooms that are available to book on the university’s 25Live website. All reservation requests must be submitted through 25Live, UT’s event and meeting reservation system. When you arrive at the Kao ICS, please check in with the front desk before entering the room.

Room Details

The rooms are only available to be reserved during Kao ICS business hours. We follow the University of Tennessee’s holiday and administrative closing schedule and also close for semesters-end maintenance for two days leading up to “Study Day” before final exams starts.

Room G177 has a maximum capcity of 8. The room is equipped with a wall-mounted computer and a camera. It is located near the fire exit stairs on the ground floor.

Room M169 has a maximum capcity of 10. The room is equipped with a wall-mounted computer and a camera. It is located on the mezzanine floor next to the electronics lab.

Room M172 has a maximum capcity of 12. The room is equipped with a wall-mounted computer and a camera. It is located at the very end of the mezzanine floor.
